Questions you may have
How does the trial work, and what happens when it ends?
For 7 days every Pro feature is open with 1 app and 50 keywords, and we don't ask for a card. If you don't pick a plan when it ends, measurements stop; your data is kept for 30 days, and if you pick a plan in that time you carry on where you left off.
Does one app cover both stores?
Yes. Your app's App Store and Google Play versions count as one app: on Pro you can add 6 App Store and 6 Google Play apps.
What's the difference between the plans?
Apart from Apple Ads analysis (Pro and Studio), every feature is in every plan; plans differ by how much you can track. Indie is for 2 apps, Pro for 6, Studio for 20, with keywords, countries and AI allowances growing to match.
What happens if I hit the keyword or app limit?
The keyword limit is the total across all your apps and countries (1500 on Pro); competitors' keywords don't count. When you reach it, measurements keep running; to add a new keyword, country or app, remove an old one or move up a plan. We never charge extra without asking.
How often are ranks measured?
Every keyword you track is measured twice a day, in the morning and the afternoon: the top 200 on the App Store, the top 30 on Google Play. Your competitors' keywords are measured daily. New keywords and competitors are discovered every day, popularity scores are refreshed weekly, and the world radar checks 175 countries daily for unexpected rises.
Do you show search volume?
Apple and Google don't share search counts with anyone, so no tool can show the stores' real numbers. StoRank gives every keyword a 0-100 popularity and difficulty score, so you can compare which keywords are searched more and how hard it is to reach the top.
What's the difference between the automatic and manual analysis?
Every Monday each app you track gets an automatic suggestions report, and it doesn't use your monthly allowance. You can start a manual analysis whenever you like (3 a month on Indie, 10 on Pro, 40 on Studio); allowances reset at the start of each month and unused ones don't carry over.
Do the AI suggestions follow the store rules?
Yes. Suggestions, idea reports and review reply drafts are written to your app's own store rules (App Store or Google Play) and checked again afterwards; if something breaks a rule, you see a warning next to it.
Do I need to connect my store accounts, and is it safe?
No: rank tracking, discovery and the radar work from your app's name; connect them and your real download reports (plus revenue on the App Store) show up too. Your App Store Connect, Google Play Console and Apple Ads keys are stored encrypted and used only to read your reports; a review reply is never sent until you press Send.
My app isn't live yet. Is StoRank useful?
