1. Parties and scope

The service is provided by [COMPANY NAME] (address: [ADDRESS]; tax details: [TAX ID]; country: [COUNTRY]). These terms apply to the StoRank website and app (the "service").

2. What the service is

StoRank measures your app's keyword ranks, competitors and store data on the App Store and Google Play, produces AI-written suggestions and idea reports and, if you wish, shows the reports of your own store accounts. Popularity and difficulty are StoRank's 0-100 scores, not real search counts, because Apple and Google do not share those counts. Results do not guarantee any ranking, download or revenue outcome.

3. Your account and security

• You give accurate information and keep your account safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You do not share your account, resell the service or open several accounts to get around quotas.
• You are of legal age to enter a contract (or have your legal guardian's permission).

4. Free trial

New accounts get every Pro feature for 7 days with limited quotas (1 app, 50 keywords, 2 manual AI analyses; idea reports are not included); no card is asked for. If you do not choose a plan when the time is up, measurements stop and your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes (VAT and similar); taxes are added at checkout.
• Payments are taken by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's terms also apply to payment and invoicing matters. Until the payment system is live, paid plans may not be available to buy.
• Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and continue unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• The launch discount is applied at checkout and lasts for as long as your subscription continues without a break; the amounts in the price list are list prices.
• If we change a price we tell existing subscribers before their renewal.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in one click and keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for. For refunds see the Refund Policy.

7. Quotas and fair use

Every plan has quotas for apps, keywords, countries, competitors, AI analyses, review replies and idea reports. Extra idea report credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. You may not scrape the service with automated tools, overload it, bypass its security measures or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Your store accounts

By giving us App Store Connect, Google Play Console and Apple Ads credentials you allow us to use them only to read your own reports (and to post the review replies you approve). Complying with Apple's and Google's terms is up to you. StoRank is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google or their brands.

9. AI-generated content

Suggestions, reports and reply drafts written by AI can be wrong or incomplete. Checking them before you use them is up to you. Review replies are never sent without your approval.

10. Your data and our rights

Your data remains yours; you allow us to process it so we can provide the service (details in the Privacy Policy). The software, design and brands belong to us. You may use the reports the service produces for your own business.

11. Outages and changes

We run the service with care but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we depend on store data and online providers. We may improve, change or remove features and will give notice of any significant change.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Liability that cannot be limited by law and the mandatory rights you have as a consumer are not affected.

13. Suspension and ending

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. You can delete your account at any time; data is deleted within the periods in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]; the courts of [COMPETENT COURT / CITY] have jurisdiction over disputes. The mandatory consumer protection rules and competent courts of the place where you live as a consumer are not affected.

15. Changes and contact
