Plans, billing and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles tax and refunds.
1. Free trial
New accounts get 7 days of Pro features with limited quotas (1 app, 50 keywords); no card is needed. If the trial ends without a plan, measurements stop and your data is kept for 30 days. We email you 7 days before it is deleted; pick a plan any time before then and you carry on where you left off.
2. Plans
The core features are the same in every plan; plans differ by how much you can track. Apple Ads analysis is in Pro and Studio.
- Indie: $14 a month or $140 a year.
- Pro: $39 a month or $390 a year.
- Studio: $99 a month or $990 a year.
Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes; any VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. The full comparison is in the pricing section.
3. Buying a plan
- In the dashboard, open Plans, choose monthly or yearly and press the plan’s button.
- Paddle’s checkout window opens with your email filled in. You pay there; your card details go to Paddle, not to us.
- Your plan opens within a few seconds.
4. Upgrading, downgrading or switching to yearly
- Choose the new plan on the Plans page; no new checkout opens.
- Upgrade, or monthly to yearly: the change applies right away and the prorated difference is charged right away.
- Downgrade, or yearly to monthly: the change applies right away; the difference is not charged or refunded now but settled on your next bill.
5. Cancelling
Press Cancel Subscription in Settings or on the Plans page. No further payment is taken and your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for. Changed your mind? Choose the same plan again before that date and the cancellation is removed. You can also cancel in Paddle’s customer portal.
After the period ends, your data is kept for 30 more days; pick a plan in that time and nothing is lost.
6. Refunds
- Ask within 30 days of any payment (the first one and every monthly or yearly renewal) and we refund that payment in full, without asking why and without conditions.
- Write to [email protected] or contact Paddle directly: paddle.net.
- Refunds go back to the method you paid with and usually arrive within 5-10 business days. Tax is refunded too.
- Cancelling stops the next payment but doesn’t refund a past one; ask for the refund separately.
- Idea report packs bought without a subscription: unused packs are refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Full rules: Refund Policy.
7. Invoices, card and failed payments
- Manage Subscription in Settings opens Paddle’s customer portal: download invoices, change your card or cancel. Every click opens a new, secure session.
- If a renewal payment fails, the dashboard asks you to update your card; meanwhile your plan stays open for 3 days.
8. Deleting your account
In the dashboard, open Settings → Delete My Account and re-enter your password (accounts created with Google and no password type their email address instead). Only the account owner can do this; if you get stuck, write to [email protected]. Any running subscription is cancelled right away first; then your apps, keywords, rank history, competitors, suggestions, store connections and keys, AI connections, API keys and sessions are deleted. Invoice records the law requires remain; copies in encrypted backups are gone within 30 days at the latest.
Still stuck?
Use Report a Bug in the dashboard’s left menu (the page you are on is added automatically) or write to [email protected]. We usually reply within 24 hours.
